We are proud to be De Heren Van Werk—founded in 2019 by Elton and Maurice, who took the leap to start this journey together. Since then, our team has grown to include 17 independent coaches and a support team, all passionate professionals with unique areas of expertise.

We let professionals be amazed at the possibilities. Our vision is clear: by helping people gain deeper insights into themselves and the labour market, they make better decisions and choose the right path. All this is rooted in our three core values— engaging, generosity and connecting through craftsmanship.

We empower individuals to take control of their careers, entrepreneurship, and development. At the same time, we support employers in fostering long-term employability among their teams.
